Erika started her career as an English teacher at Cambridge School of Languages. Next, she served as a customer service specialist and was promoted to Quality Assurance Supervisor at Workvantage International Workforce Solutions. Erika led customer service for key business accounts and also supervised a team of four customer service representatives. Erika completed her studies in Social and Community Psychology at Universidad Politécnica Salesiana in Quito, Ecuador. She also studied Linguistics in English for four years at ESPE (Escuela Politécnica del Ejército). Erika currently serves as the Head of Customer Support for Viafy.
